Audience & Crowd Management Teams

While predictable to a large extent, crowd behaviour is not an exact science so our Audience and Crowd Managers work on the ground in tandem with colleagues from our Event Control Management Team to oversee the plan and make dynamic changes if and when required.

Our Audience and Crowd Management Teams liaise with the client, with community volunteers and/or with agencies including the Police and Local Authorities to ensure that the Whole Team is in the loop and on the same page throughout the event.

They may assist with managing safe crossing points on busy roads or with providing wayfinding support at larger outdoor events.
